Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received and are shipped via USPS with no-signature-required delivery.
Some orders may require additional processing time—up to 20 business days—depending on material availability or current business workload.
Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs.
All boxes are generously sized, and items are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive well-protected.
Returns
Due to the nature of our business, store credits are issued instead of cash refunds for all returns.
Customers may return non-customized products within 5 business days of delivery for store credit.
Store credit will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s).
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including handling, packaging, and postage.
Customized items cannot be returned.
Returned packages must be adequately sized and items must be securely protected in order to qualify for store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Customized items
- Used items
- Items damaged due to customer neglect or misuse
- Items returned after 5 business days from delivery
